SunButter Triple Ice Cream was a winner!  I quickly want to share with you how we made it.
I was inspired by this video.  I changed the strawberry layer to SunButter flavored.  No allergies for Josi and it was safe for everyone.  Even sugar free!
You will need 9 ripe or over ripe banana’s.  I found mine on the dollar old produce shelf.  Basically you slice the bananas and freeze them over night.  Then add to your food processor or chopper.  Add 1 tbs coconut milk or rice milk so the chopper does not get stuck.  
The vanilla has 1 tbs vanilla extract.  1/4 cup SunButter creamy for the middle layer and I used 1 tbs cacao powder with 1/4 cup coconut oil for chocolate layer.  No extra sugar or honey.  The ripe bananas are super sweet.
